I look up and stare into the night Then I see it looking right back I become ridgid with fright I try to run, but fall and go smack I am blinded with adrenaline The terror of not knowing where it is Consumes me, I flip over and see It walks up and just stands for awhile It circles me continuosly I rush to get on my feet The creature pushes me down Its paw on my chest it goes in for the attack I don't feel it though I open my eyes There sits my dog on my chest, Looking at me in confusion I had been dreaming
